Hi there folks!
My name is Mia and I am a teenage "Afro-Hispanic". In short & simple terms: I've gotta face from Juarez & a booty from Botswana. My dad is Mexican & my mom is Black. My life is never short of a soap opera. I've started this blog as an experiment. I titled it NAPPY-Fied: Happy to be Nappy because I'm just that; Nappy & Proud. No, I don't speak Spanish. I don't like Mexican food unless it's authentic, NOT the Tex-Mex bullshit that's everywhere in H-Town, Texas. It's not a personal thing, or a racist thing, or anything like that. I'm simply myself and that's all that matters. I'm pretty smart, at least that's what I'm told. I consider myself to be Naptelligent, a combination of Beef & Broccoli from the Hunan Hut on North Braeswood and competence. I'm a Texan; Cowboy boots & hooker hoops pretty much describes my style. I hope this little blog thing works out, because I'm most likely gonna forget it even exists. Oh well, the important part is that I try, and I'm definitely not a quitter, soooo here goes.
